How to get to Tours

The TGV high speed train puts Tours at only 55 minutes from the center of Paris, and allows direct connections to all the major airports. Note that Tours has two railway stations, the Tours central one, and St-Pierre-des-Corps, where the TGV’s stop. Shuttle trains transit between these two train stations.

A modern highway networks link Tours to other major centers of France. The A10 highway from Paris to Bordeaux crosses through Tours. The main alternative free route from the capital is the N10, or take the N20 down to Orleans, and follow the roads beside the Loire.
