By public transportation:
From the railway station cross the bridge, and then walk along the shores of Lake Lucerne (to the right) where you can't miss the Hotel Palace (after approx. 10-12 minutes walking); or take a taxi, or the public Bus Nr. 6, 8 or 24 and Exit "Kursaal Palace".

By Car:
On the highway coming from any direction, take any Exit "Lucerne" and follow signs to "Center", then follow signs to "Verkehrshaus" and "Kussnacht", after passing the "Casino" you will see the Hotel Palace to your right.
